How managers can view their team's recognition activity.
As a manager, you have visibility into your team's upcoming celebrations, recognition activity, and much more.
From your Profile, select the Team tab to view insights on your team.
Down the left side, you will see:
- Upcoming Celebrations - Service Anniversary and Birthday celebrations for your team member who have opt'd to share their celebrations.
- From the message icon, send a quick congratulations message or select their profile picture to see the full Celebration Details page.
- Team Members - View a list of all of your direct reports.
- Follow the last recognized key to determine which direct reports have been recognized recently.
- Green = Last 7 days
- Yellow = Last 14 days
- Red = 14+ days
- The green check marks which team members are registered
- Quickly recognize anyone in your team from the recognize button.

- Team Activity - Sent, received, and copied on recognition of your direct reports
On the right-side column, you will find the following:
- Filtering - 7, 14, 30 days
- Top Senders Dashboard - See your top senders of recognition, up to 10
- Top Receivers Dashboard - See your top receivers of recognition, up to 10
- Team Activity Dashboard - Includes sent and received recognition.
- Hover over each bar to see the count.
- You can download the dashboard as an SVG, PNG, or CSV
- Team Awarded Dashboard - See points awarded and points received by your team
- Points awarded - Total dollars sent by your team
- Points received - Total dollars received by your team
- Hover over each bar to see the count.
- You can download the dashboard as an SVG, PNG, or CSV
- Monthly Allowance Detail Report - View Sender Allowance, Awarded, and Balance by program for the current month. Learn to filter reports here.
- Received Recognition Report - In the Recognition report, you can see any of the received recognition transactions that have happened among your team for all programs. Results are limited to 365 days. Learn to filter reports here.
