Learn how to filter your reports.
All reports have options to filter the information in them. The first filtering option is above the report table.
Depending on the report you are viewing, you can have one or multiple filtering options ranging from user status, program, and start and end dates.
Once your filter is applied, you can export the data or reset the report to its default status.
The second way to filter your data is in the report table. Each column header has options to filter what you see.
Option 1: Filter columns by ascending or descending
Option 2: Pin your Column, Autosize Columns, and Reset Columns
Option 3: Search for specific data
Option 4: Only show specific columns
Option 5: Drag and move columns to any order
❇️Any data you filter in the table will not save once the report is exported or if you leave the page.
