Everything you need to know about your Home page.
Your Home page is usually the first page you see upon entering the platform. You can also access your Home page from the left navigation. On your Home page, you can see how many points you can recognize others with (if applicable), Recognize someone, access your special recognition, view Spotlights, view the recognition Activity in your organization, see Upcoming Celebrations, and access Shortcuts.
Recognize Someone
To recognize others in your organization, click Recognize someone. Then, follow the steps listed here.
Special Recognition
In the upper, right of your Home page, you can view the special recognition you have received from your organization by clicking on the card(s) or by clicking on Take a Look.
Spotlights
Spotlights contain announcements, news, and initiatives from your organization. Spotlights with a yellow star mean they are featured for special attention. If there are more than five (5) Spotlights, you can scroll through them using the arrows above them on the right.
Activity
Activity shows you the recognition sent within your organization. You can filter your activity feed by All or Focused.
All: shows you the recognition activity throughout your organization.
Focused: shows you the recognition activity of those you follow.
Within each recognition post, you can see who sent it; whom they sent it to; when it was sent; the eCard, GIF, or recognition card; the recognition message; the program the recognition was sent through; the reason for the recognition (if applicable); points awarded (if applicable); and like or comment on the recognition.
If you click on the menu button (three vertical dots) in the upper, right corner of the recognition post, you can view details, open the card (if applicable), make the post private, download a certificate (if applicable), and edit your message if you're the sender.
If you see a lock icon in the bottom, right corner of a recognition post, that means it was sent privately and you are able to see it because you were the person who sent it, the recipient, their manager, copied on the recognition or you are an administrator.
Upcoming Celebrations
Upcoming Celebrations, found to the right of your Activity feed, show you upcoming service anniversaries and birthdays for the people in your organization who have chosen to share those events publicly.

If you click View More, you will be taken to the Celebrations page (also found in the left navigation under Profile) and can see the entire list of upcoming celebrations.
Shortcuts
Shortcuts can be found under the Upcoming Celebrations on your Home page. Shortcuts easily connect you to online sources, like your organization's intranet, for example.
