Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enhances the security of your employee recognition programs. Recipients will need to validate their identity through a 2FA code to receive their gift.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) may be enabled, on an individual program basis, for gifts and opening experiences. When a program has 2FA enabled, the gift recipient will receive an email/text with a code in order to access their gift.
How It Works
Recipient receives text and/or email with link to the gift's opening experience.
Recipient clicks the link in the text / email to open the gift experience page. The gift experience page will load a 2FA page, notifying the recipient to check their email for a code.
Recipient will receive a 6-digit verification code to their email.
Recipient inputs the code into the 2FA page and clicks "Submit".
After clicking submit, the recipient will view the opening experience.
