This MS Teams Inspirus Connects application will allow easy access to our customers to give recognition to each other directly within MS Teams without having to leave the app.

Admin Set-Up

1. Install the Inspirus Connects App
2. Send the Teams Instance ID to Inspirus - DL.CE.SVC.US.TechAlerts@inspirus.com
   
   1. Ex: Tenant ID: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
   2. 
3. Inspirus will tie the MS Teams Instance ID into the Connects Instance for you as a client
   1. The Instance ID needs to be entered before you may continue. 
4. Once completed on our end, the Teams Instance will Indicate that the site has been connected to Connects and will prompt you to “Connect” your user account.

User Set-Up

1. Users will need to install the Inspirus Connects app in their team instance. 
2. After install, users will see a "Connect" button
   1. 
3. A Pop up will prompt users to login to their Inspirus Connects account, linking their account to their MS Teams account.

4. You will now be logged in.

Ongoing Recognition

1. Click the Connects app on the sidebar to get to the Connects dashboard in Teams
2. Click the “Recognize Someone” box

3. Enter in the form details
   1. Program Name
   2. Any Employee
   3. Reason
   4. 
4. Click Preview

5. Click Send
