Learn how to send batch recognition to employees through the Program Coordinator program.
What is the Program Coordinator program?
We know that you need a way to send recognition to many people simultaneously, without creating individual recognitions one by one, and this program allows admins and program coordinators to reward employees for positive behaviors and activities at once.
What do I need to do?
Create a help desk ticket here and include the following information:

Fill out the following fields:
- Your Name
- Company Name
- Connects Support Needed - Select Admin Support
- Summary
- In the Description include:
- The date on which you want the recognition to be sent
- If this recognition should post as Public or Private on the Activity Wall
- Public recognition is seen by everyone in your organization.
- Private recognition is only seen by the person who sent it, the recipient(s), their manager(s), those who have been copied, and administrators.

- What eCard to use with the recognition - If the eCard is already in use in your platform, include a name or description of the eCard, and if it is not in your platform, attach the file at the bottom of the ticket.
- NOTE: Recognition can be sent without an eCard.
- Who is the recognition coming from?
- The site - i.e. Company
- A user - i.e. John Smith
- Custom - i.e. Leadership Team
- What eCard to use with the recognition - If the eCard is already in use in your platform, include a name or description of the eCard, and if it is not in your platform, attach the file at the bottom of the ticket.
- Create a file with the below headers and content, and attach it to your ticket
- EMPLOYEE_ID
- MESSAGE
- POINTS (Note: no decimals)
- REASON

NOTE: All headers must be present, but content in the REASON column is optional.
