Eligibility allows admins to control who is able to see specified, relevant content. Individual Eligibility enables admins to specifically enable or disable individuals from content.
What is Individual Eligibility?
Specific users may be chose for eligibility in order to send or receive recognition within programs. This offers the ability to:
- Allow individuals to send recognition from their own designated program. As an example. the CEO may want to have their own program in which they can send recognition (and points). Individual eligibility allows these individuals to have access to their own recognition programs.
- Allow individuals to receive recognition from specific programs. As an example, organizations may want to create a program to recognize specific sales team members in a large sales organization. Individual eligibility allows admins to enable recognition receiving only for these sales individuals.
Individual eligibility differs from "Limited" eligibility. "Limited" eligibility does not have the ability to select certain individuals and criteria works across the entire organization. For example, "Limited" eligibility will allow you to select the entire sales team, but not single out any individuals. Individual Eligibility allows you to select specific individuals for sending or receiving recognition.
How It Works
- When adjusting eligibility for Senders or Receivers, click "Limited". A "Individual Overrides" box will appear.
- Utilize the "Include" or "Exclude" tabs to choose inclusion or exclusion of individuals. From there, type in the user name and select the team member.
- Last, click the "Add" button to populate their name in a list below with the specified Include or Exclude tab.
- If you would like to remove an individual from the list, click the "Remove" button on the right hand-side of their name.
- Activate your program when the rest of the settings are finalized.

- Individual Eligibility works for the following programs:
- Nominations: Receivers & Senders
- Peer to Peer: Receivers & Senders
- Monthly Allowance: Receivers & Senders
- Specific Date: Receivers
- Personal Service: Receivers
- Personal Birthday: Receivers
- Onboarding: Receivers
- If a user is included in a configured "Limited" eligibility group, we can manually exclude them and they will be removed from the ‘Preview Senders’ list.
- If a users' status is Terminated, they will not display in the ‘Individual Override’ search field when you type in their name.
- Note: They will still display on the ‘Individual Override’ list if they were included in Individual Eligibility before being Terminated.
- You may export the list of individuals included and excluded from the program.
