How to Shop

If you're ready to redeem your points, see how to Shop with them below.

Get to the Shop

On your Home page, you will see a Shop tab as well as a Shop Now button. Click either one to view the marketplace.

Viewing the Shop

The marketplace landing page will show you recently viewed gifts and featured items.

At the top of the page, you can click "Shop" to see categories and click on a category to further filter by item type or value.

When you click on an item, you can see details about it, add it to your wish list, share it, or add it to your cart. 

At the top, right of the Shop page, you can:

1. Access your cart (grocery cart icon)
2. See your available points to spend
3. View your wish list (star icon)
4. View your order history (clock icon)
5. Search for an item (magnifying glass icon). 

Redeeming Your Points

When you're ready to make your purchase, go to your cart and click Proceed to Checkout. 

If you are redeeming your points for a merchandise item:

1. You will be asked to provide your Shipping Information. Note that merchandise cannot be shipped to a PO Box Address.
2. You will then be asked to validate that your address is correct. Then, click on Review And Place Your Order. 
3. After reviewing your order, click on Place My Order.
4. Your order has now been placed and will appear in your order history.

If you are redeeming your points for an eGift Card:

1. To place your order, you will be asked to provide your email, phone number and agree to the terms. You can then click Continue. 
2. You can then review your order and click Place My Order. 
3. Your order has now been placed and will appear in your order history.
4. Your eGift card will then be delivered to you via the email address you provided at checkout.

If you are redeeming your points for a Virtual Visa card:

1. To place your order, you will be asked to provide your email, phone number and agree to the terms. You can then click Continue. 
2. You can then review your order and click Place My Order. 
3. Your order has now been placed and will appear in your order history.
4. Your Virtual Visa card will be delivered to you via email:
   1. The email with your claim code will come from notification@prepaiddigitalsolutions.com with the subject line "Your Prepaid Card". This email contains your Claim Code and instructions for retrieving your Virtual Visa card.
