How to Reset Your Password
If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it for security reasons, follow these steps to regain access to your account.
Step 1: Navigate to the Login Page
Visit https://app.inspirusconnects.com/. Your browser should default you to your team's page. If not, you will need to enter your team's name which is provided by your HR admin.
Step 2: Enter Your Username and Click Continue
Enter your username and click "Continue". If you do not remember your username, contact your HR administrator.
Step 3: Click "Forgot Password?"
Click the Forgot Password button to be taken to the next screen.
Step 4: Re-Enter Your Username or Employee ID and Click "Send Email"
You will need to re-enter your username. You can also use your Employee ID. Once entered, click "Send Email". You will now receive an email at your work email.
Connects will show a message indicating that an email has been sent. You may click the "Try Again" button to send the email again.
Step 5: Click the Reset Password Link in the Email
In the email, you'll find a link to reset your password. Click on the link to proceed.
The email will have the Subject Line: "You've requested a password reset".
If the link has expired or is not working, repeat the process to request a new one.
Step 6: Choose a New Password and Click "Reset Password".
After clicking the reset link, you'll be directed to a page where you can enter a new password. Be sure to choose one that is strong and unique to protect your account.
Note: Your password must be at least 8 characters long, include an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number and a symbol (!@#$%^&*()_+=[]\{}|;':",./<>?~`)
A success message will show when you have reset your password.
Step 7: Log in with Your New Password
Once your password has been successfully reset, return to the login page and enter your new password to access your account.
