How to Claim a Reward

You've been gifted a reward! See how to claim it below.

1. When celebrating an event, you will receive a special recognition card and a recognition post to your Activity Wall with an Open Card button.
   
2. When you click to open the card, you will see a personalized congratulatory experience.
3. At the end of the experience, you will see a button to Claim Reward.
   
4. When you click on Claim Reward, you will be directed to a list of gift options.
5. You can click on any gift to open a Quickview with more details.
6. Once you decide on a gift, click Select.
   
   
7. You will then be asked to enter shipping details. Once complete, click Next. 
   
8. You will then get the chance to review and confirm the details of your order. If you need to make edits, click Back. If everything looks correct, click Complete. 
   
9. Your order has now been placed.
