Navigating to the Knowledge Library and Help Request Section
On your Home page, under Shortcuts, click on the Need Help? Shortcut.
Alternatively, click the Need Help? button at the bottom, left of the platform's webpage.
Knowledge Library or Help Request?
- Knowledge Library: we have several articles that address commonly asked questions and provide guidance on using the platform. Select Knowledge Library to access them.
- Help Request: If you need support, would like to make a suggestion, or need help with points orders (orders you've placed by spending your points), select General Help or Point Order Help accordingly.
Knowledge Library
In the Knowledge Library, you can search for keywords or by category: What's New, General, or Admin.
If searching for answers using keywords, a list of relevant articles will come up for you to choose from.
If searching by category, once you select a category, you will see a list of related articles. Articles are categorized to help you quickly find the information you need. Click on any article to read it.
Help Request: General Help
Connects Support Request
To request general support, click on Connects Support Request.
Complete the information on the form and click Send.
Make a Suggestion
If you would like to make a suggestion for a new feature or an improvement to an existing feature, click on Make a suggestion.
Complete the information on the form and click Send.

Help Request: Point Order Help
After selecting Point Order Help, select the reason for your inquiry from the drop-down menu.
A form will then appear to the right of the drop-down menu for you to add your email address and a message. Once you complete the information form, click Send.
