QR codes can be used in various ways to streamline recognition programs.
Why QR Codes?
QR codes provide a quick and easy way for users to access information without having to type in a URL. Administrators can utilize QR codes in print or digital media to link to the Inspirus application, encouraging employees to participate in the company's recognition program.
For example, HR admins have previously created a printed sign for the employee kitchen area that reminds their employees to recognize and share points with their colleagues.
Option 1: Directly from the webpage
- In Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, go to the Connects URL for the login page.
- Right-click on your mouse.
- You should see an option to "Create QR Code for this page".
- A QR code will automatically be generated that you can copy or download.
Option 2: Use a QR code generator
- Search in your browser for a QR code generator.
- Once you select the generator you want to use, enter the Connects URL and download the QR code.
