How Do I Send Reminders Only on Weekdays
This article explains how the Send on Weekdays Only feature works and how to enable it.
How it Works
When this feature is enabled, scheduled reminders are delivered only on weekdays (Monday through Friday). If a reminder is scheduled for a Saturday or Sunday, it is automatically sent on the next business day (Monday).
Using this feature helps deliver recognition communications when employees are most likely to be at work, which can improve email open rates and reward redemption.
Company Setup Process
The Send on Weekdays Only feature is disabled by default and can be configured by the Inspirus Support Team.
