Guide Me functionality supports employees with deciding how many points to send to their colleague. As a result, employees feel more confident about their reward giving decision.
How to Use Guide Me Feature
Employee selects the Monthly Allowance program
The monthly allowance program will always show available points in dropdown.
Employee clicks the “Guide Me” button that appears as an option beside the Points selection drop-down
Employee fills out Recognition Guide ratings (1-7 rating)
The Recognition guide will recommend points to send
Note: Available Point recommendations will be different based on your exact program build.
Employee may click “Use Recommended” for the points to be selected, taking them back to the original Send Recognition screen
OR Employee may use the back button to navigate to the original Send Recognition screen if they do not want to use the recommended points
Employee continues with sending recognition (see here for additional info on sending recognition)
