Celebrates: From Email Settings

The From Email is the email address and display name that employees will see when receiving an email.

Connects allows you to customize the from email and name, resulting in employees feeling more comfortable opening emails from your recognition program.

These changes MUST be made by Inspirus. You are unable to make these changes yourself. Please contact your Customer Success Manager to request this update. 

How It Works


By default, the From Display Name is set to your site’s name and the From Email is set to noreply@inspirus.com
  1. In the Site Preferences, update the From Display Name and the From Email Address to your preferred name/email.
    1. Ongoing, emails from our servers to your employees will be authenticated under your company’s brand.
