How to Nominate Someone

1. Click to Recognize Someone from the Dashboard

2. A modal will pop up and guide you through sending a nomination. You will need to click the "Program" drop-down and select the nomination program (it will be named differently in your instance). You may have to ask you administrator for help, though should see a nomination form when you click the correct program.

3. Fill out the form. Each nomination program will have a different set of questions.

4. Once filled out, click on the "Preview" button in the bottom right corner. The preview screen will show a similar output, allowing you to confirm the details of your nomination.

5. When ready, click the Submit button. Administrators and approvers for nomination programs will be notified. 
6. As a sender, you will receive a notification when a manager/approver has viewed your nomination as well as when it's approved. 

   1. This email is sent when a nomination is reviewed. Senders receive a notification stating their submissions has been reviewed. 

      Subject: Your submission was reviewed!

      

You've Been Approved or Acknowledged! What Does Your Experience Look Like?

Recipients of Nominations that have been Approved or Acknowledged

This email is sent to recipients who receive an approved or acknowledged nomination. 

Subject: Congratulations! You have been recognized for <ProgramName>. 

In-App Notifications

In the top right hand corner of the home page, there is a bell icon. When a user has been approved or acknowledged, the nomination program will send them an in-app notification.
