As an Administrator, you have access to Dashboards that provide a snapshot of activity happening within the platform.
How do I access dashboards?
To access dashboards, click on the Dashboards tab from the left navigation bar under the Manage section. 
How can I filter the dashboard data?
In the top, right of the Dashboard page, you can filter the data to show the last 7, 14, 30, 90, or 365 days.
What dashboards are available for me to view?
- Happiness Index: If your organization has surveys enabled, you will be able to click on a button to open a separate tab with summarized data and insights from those surveys.
⭐Note: if you do not have surveys and would like them, contact your Account Director to upgrade your account.
- Top Receivers: View the top receivers of recognition and the count of recognition received within the timeframe selected in the timing filter at the top, right of the page. This dashboard does not include system-generated recognition (i.e. service anniversary and birthday).
- Top Senders: View the top senders of recognition and the count of recognition sent within the timeframe selected in the timing filter at the top, right of the page.
- Comments and Likes: See the number of comments and likes for each day within the timeframe selected in the timing filter at the top, right of the page.
- Recognition Activity: See the total amount of recognition sent for each day within the timeframe selected in the timing filter at the top, right of the page.
- Registration Activity: This chart plots new registrations within the timeframe selected in the timing filter at the top, right of the page.
- Users: View how many users are Active or Terminated
- Onboarding Aging: View the percentage of unregistered users aged by the number of days that have passed since being added to the platform.
- Employees Recognized: View the percentage of active employees who have received recognition within the timeframe selected in the timing filter at the top, right of the page.
- Celebrations With Messages: View the percentage of birthday and service anniversary (from Upcoming Celebrations) celebrations with messages sent within the timeframe selected in the timing filter at the top, right of the page.
Can I download the dashboard data?
The dashboards with data that can be downloaded will have a menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top, right of the dashboard. You can download the data as SVG, PNG, or CSV files.
What other details can I view in the dashboards?
In dashboards with bar charts or line graphs, you can scroll over the bar or line to gain further insights.
