Overview
We’re introducing a small enhancement to the Connects Celebrates experience that makes it easier for employees to see and claim their reward.
This update adds a more prominent and guided “claim” step, helping employees clearly understand how to take action when they receive a recognition.
What’s Changing
Employees will now see a more visible and intuitive way to claim their reward within the experience, reducing the chance of missed or overlooked rewards.

Why This Matters
There can sometimes be a gap between receiving recognition and completing the reward experience. This enhancement helps close that gap by ensuring employees do not miss the opportunity to claim their reward and fully celebrate their achievement.
Impact to Your Program
This enhancement is enabled by default and is designed to complement your existing recognition experience. It does not change the content, tone, or structure of your current recognition moments. Your program will continue to reflect your organization’s voice, values, and employee value proposition.
