Clear Your Browser Cache
If Connects isn’t loading correctly or you’re seeing outdated information, clearing your cache can help fix the issue.
Over time, your web browser stores temporary files (called cache) to help websites load faster the next time you visit. While this improves performance, it can sometimes cause issues—like pages not loading properly, showing outdated content, or displaying login errors.
Google Chrome

Open Chrome.

Click the three dots ⋮ in the top-right corner.

Select Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.

Choose a time range (for best results, select All time).

Check the box for Cached images and files.

Click Clear data.
Microsoft Edge

Open Edge.
-
Click the three dots ⋯ in the top-right corner.

Go to Settings → Privacy, search, and services.

Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.

Choose a time range (select All time for a full clear).

Check Cached images and files, then click Clear now.
Safari (Mac)

Open Safari.

In the top menu, click Safari → Settings (or Preferences).

Go to the Advanced tab and check Show Develop menu in menu bar.

From the top menu, select Develop → Empty Caches.

You can also clear your browsing history by going to History → Clear History.
Mozilla Firefox

Open Firefox.

Click the menu button ☰ in the top-right corner.

Select Settings → Privacy & Security.

Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data….

Check Cached Web Content, then click Clear.
Tips

After clearing your cache, you may need to refresh or log back in to certain websites.

If problems persist, try clearing cookies as well—but note this will sign you out of most sites.

For mobile browsers, steps are similar but may appear under Site settings or Privacy options.
