This article guides you through the process of claiming your prepaid MasterCard after you have purchased it through the online marketplace. Important: You’ll receive a unique challenge code via email, which you must claim within 90 days.
Purchasing a Prepaid Mastercard
When in the online marketplace, start by selecting the dollar amount you want to load onto your card. Once you’ve chosen your amount, click to add it to your cart. Then, complete your purchase through our secure checkout process.
Steps to Claim Your Prepaid MasterCard

Check Your Email: Look for an email containing your unique challenge code. Ensure you check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox. The email will have the Subject line that says: “Congratulations! Your order has shipped!”. In addition, the email will come from Reward Headquarters (GRS): rewards@marketplace.connects.inspirus.com.
Important note: “Users need to activate their card via the redemption link within 90 days, for all orders placed for digital rewards.”-
Copy the challenge code, then Click “Click Here To View”.

Claim Your Code:

The Click Here to View link provided in the email will navigate you to the Reward Cloud website. Here, you will need to enter your unique claim code and click "Continue".

Now, click "Claim Your Gift" to complete the claiming process and see your order details.
- There is no action to be taken on the Order Details page, though you will need to check your email for next steps.

- Now, You Will Need to Get Your Actual Card Information via Logging into My Payment Vault
- After completing the challenge code step from above, you will receive another email. The email subject line will be “Your Prepaid Card” from My Payment Vault: notification@mypaymentvault.com. This email contains a token code that will need to be used when creating a My Payment Vault account.
Important: This token code expires roughly 3 months after getting this email. In addition, at this part of the process, any customer support needed will go from My Payment Vault directly.
Click “Confirm Your Payment” - After clicking "Confirm Your Payment", you will be taken to the My Payment Vault account creation and login page. Here, you will need to enter in the requested information.
- Token should be pre-filled. If not, see email from previous step.
- Enter Username, Password, and Password Confirmation.
- Click "Continue".
- Next, you will be taken to an Account Details page. Enter the requested information and accept the terms. When complete, click "Continue".
- After completing the challenge code step from above, you will receive another email. The email subject line will be “Your Prepaid Card” from My Payment Vault: notification@mypaymentvault.com. This email contains a token code that will need to be used when creating a My Payment Vault account.
- Select Your Card Delivery Method
- On this page, you will select you delivery method. You can chooes between Virtual, Physical, or Save for Later. Click "Select" next to your desired option.

- Accept Terms and Conditions
- After clicking "Confirm" you will be asked to accept Terms and Conditions. Read them and scroll down. When you get to the bottom, you will be able to click "Agree".

- Obtain Card Details
- After agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you will be given your card details. This includes Card Number, CVV, and Expiration date. You may print this information out as needed.
- In addition, you will receive an email with a link to your My Payment Vault account. This is where you can go for your card details. The email subject line will be “You Chose a Virtual Card!” and come from Reward Headquarters (GRS): rewards@marketplace.connects.inspirus.com.
- After agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you will be given your card details. This includes Card Number, CVV, and Expiration date. You may print this information out as needed.
