Celebrates: Order Status and Tracking
Congratulations on receiving a reward! Find out how to track your order status and shipment.
When you place an order, whether it be your service anniversary or another company celebration, you will receive an email from the Inspirus Connects system with your order details. It will appear as below:
Checking Your Order Status
In the email, click on "View Order". It will navigate you to an Order Details page, where you are able to see the
From here, you can click "View Details". This will show you another screen with your order details:
In the "Status" column of this screen, you will be able to track the overall order status, from redemption through delivered.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email notice when your order has been shipped. This email will be the same whether you received a service anniversary or another celebration gift.
In In this email, you are able to click on the "View Order" button near the bottom of the email. This button will navigate to the order page (same as above).
From here, you will be able to see the Status say "Order Shipped".
Click on the "Details" link in the action drop down. It will pull up your order details like below.
From here, you will need to copy your tracking information number and input it into the Courier's website. In the example above, you will go to UPS's website to enter the tracking number.
Haven't Received the Order Details Email? You Can Still Track Your Order
For up to 90 days, if you haven't received your order details email, you can still use your access code to view your order details.
Within 90 days
You can enter your code as seen below:
You will be taken to the order details screen, where you can follow the process to view details.
Click View Details to see mor einformation.
After 90 Days
Once this 90 days has passed, if you try to re-enter your code, you will be met with this message.
From here, you can follow the order shipped email shown above to see order details.
