Celebrates Email Updates
We have enhanced the design of the emails sent to your employees just before their recognition reward date, i.e., service anniversary. Additionally, we have added access codes to the email!
This update aims to improve employee redemption, strengthen company-to-employee relationships, and celebrate the milestones of your team members.
Benefits of the Updated Claimed Reward Emails
- Enhanced Employee Engagement and Redemption: The revamped email designs will captivate end-user employees, encouraging them to engage more actively with the content. This, in turn, will lead to higher redemption rates, ensuring that your recognition efforts yield tangible results.
- Maximize Program ROI: When employees redeem their gifts, you unlock the full potential of your employee recognition program, ensuring that every investment translates into meaningful employee satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strengthen Company-Employee Bonds: Personalized reward options make employees feel genuinely valued, fostering a deeper sense of connection and appreciation for the company. This enhanced relationship can lead to increased job satisfaction and long-term retention.
Flexible, User-Friendly Security Options: Our email experience supports a secure yet flexible approach—employees can either click the link directly or copy and paste the URL into their browser. This ensures accessibility across varying email security settings while maintaining a smooth and safe user experience.
New Claim Reward Email Design
Emails will match your brand colors and include your brand logo. The text in the email will be standard and non-editable at this time.
The email also includes an Access Code. When recipients click “Claim My Reward,” they will be directed to a secure web page where they can enter or paste the code. This approach provides flexibility—users can either click the link or copy and paste the URL—while aligning with security best practices in today’s digital environment.
Note: You will be unable to edit any part of this email.
