Celebrates: Claim Your Reward
Congratulations on receiving a reward! Here are the steps to ensure you claim your gift!
- When celebrating an event, you will receive a special recognition email.
- When you click "Claim My Reward", you will be taken to a 2FA (two-factor authentication) screen. At the same email, you will receive a 6 digit verification code that you will need to enter on this screen.
- If you do not have an email, you may also receive this code via text.
- If you do not have an email NOR phone number, you will need to contact your HR administrator. They will help us provide information for you to receive your gift.
- Enter the code and you will see a personalized congratulatory experience.
- At the end of the experience, you will see a button to Claim Reward.
- When you click on Claim Reward, you will be directed to a list of gift options.
- You can click on any gift to open a Quickview with more details.
- Once you decide on a gift, click Select.
- You will then be asked to enter shipping details. Once complete, click Next.
- You will then get the chance to review and confirm the details of your order. If you need to make edits, click Back. If everything looks correct, click Complete.
- Your order has now been placed.
